Happy 1st birthday Liam! What a journey it has been this past year. My heart sings with joy everyday when I see your smile. You have taught us so much in your young life and you have personified courage and perseverance throughout your cardiac procedures. We are so proud of you and all you have overcome.
As the saying goes, from every wound there is a scar, and every scar tells a story. A story that says, I survived.
